I interviewed with 2 principals and 2 classroom teachers. They were all very polite and professional. The questions were pre-written on a sheet of which they each had a copy and read from in turn. I was asked to do a 10 minute lesson presentation. Their questions and responses seemed very rote, educational terms. Very dry.
