The interview process started straightforwardly with an HR screen and a conversation with the design team. I was then invited to a final round that included a take‑home assignment designing a new feature on their real product. I was told the on‑site review would be one hour, but it unexpectedly extended to over two hours. In addition to reviewing my assignment, I was pulled into three more design analyses/tests on their live product features with no prior notice. The scope and expectations shifted significantly during the session, and the process felt unstructured and taxing. Afterward, I received a generic rejection citing a "high volume of talented candidates," but the role was reposted shortly after.
