I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment (Las Vegas, NV) in Dec 2012
Interview
I went through on campus recruitment. I attended an info session the night before my interview. The info session was mostly mingling. I was invited to an onsite in Las Vegas. This trip was cool, because they really wine and dine you. It lasted two days. The first night we had a group dinner, and the next day was the interview, and another dinner. The interview lasted all day and consisted of three 1:1, and one group "project". All took place in a giant banquet room in Planet Hollywood. The 1:1 interviews varied. Some were behavioral and other were more technical to test my math skills, and thought process. I thought all three were odd. The first woman read me questions off of a sheet of paper and preceded to ask a question even if I had already answered it. The next guy couldn't get off his cell phone. And for the final interview my interviewee got switched last minute and there was a bit of confusion. After the interviews we got a tour of the office. Sh*t hole.
Overall, the restaurants and bars we went to rocked. The people were pretty nice. The office is terrible.
