interview was conducted by on site manager who was friendly, kind, and funny. he created a safe and welcoming environment and had extensive knowledge of the brand. this manager no longer works at this location but the new manager goes through a similar process
My interviewer was friendly and polite and that was the overall tone of the interview.
General questions that ask you about yourself and why you want to work here as well as if you had any previous dining/work experiences at demetres.
Then they list four to five core values that the cafe has and what you think they mean / what they mean to you

Interview
was very easy, asks very simple interview questions. you basically, can search up basic questions and you’ll be fine ! it also depends on the interviewer; i had two interviews and the second one was better than the first, solely because of the interviewer.
