Sat and talked with the manager for a few minutes. She already knew me well so there wasn't much of an interview. I was already doing the job but I wasn't officially part of the EDI Department at that time. I knew going in I was going to get the position. At that time the interview process was informal, though that changed a few years later. That's really all I can say about it. It was a long time ago and I really don't remember much about it.
