Filled out an online application, then a video interview, then phone interview and last a physical interview. The process was intense but worth it! You need to have a servants heart.

Interview
The application is extensive. If chosen for an interview it will be a scripted Skype call. If chosen for in-person interview it is an all-day event including talking with several different beople form the complany and and a tour along with dinner in a home.
