Calabrio Project Manager interview questions

3+ rounds of phone and video interviews with various HR and hiring team people. Repeatedly asking the same superficial questions. Unorganized and frustrating. Almost as if it were their first time interviewing people but everyone has had 20+ years careers... sad. The definition of a legacy tech company. Biggest warning sign was the lack of long term strategic focus beyond monetary growth. No competitive advantage that sets them apart. Organizationally siloed and extremely slow in change. Great spot for careers to die, or wait for a round of lay-off.
