I applied online. I interviewed at Calder Capital (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
It started with an initial application with multiple short response questions. Round 2 was a case study that included working through multiple financial models in Excel, many more short response questions, a sample cold call voice recording, and a video of you answering multiple more of their questions. Round 3 was a behavioral interview with a recruiter, and round 4 was a more technical interview with the MD of the Buyside and two directors of the Buyside.

Interview
3 interviews: one virtual, one in office, and one at a coffee shop. I enjoyed my interactions with the team. After the third interview I received an offer from another company - I let them know that I was going to accept it, and they never responded.
