I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Caliber Collision (Tempe, AZ) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was surprised and comforted right off the bat when I interviews with the Regional Manager and he asked what I do for fun, why do I show up for work, and how I maintain positivity. The interview was relaxed and professional at the same time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caliber Collision (Albany, NY) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. Started out with a telephone pre-screening interview with a recruiter out of Texas. He was courteous and the interview lasted no longer than 15mins coming things such as availability, salary, and a little abt the position. The on-site interview was given by the manager and the office manager. Again the pair were very nice and the interview was run of the mill.
It was a very standard, in-person interview. Would depend on which location and manager, but questions are basic and common. The pplications are mostly pulled online, and roles they describe is consistent.
I applied online. I interviewed at Caliber Collision (Marion, IN) in June 2024
Interview
Phone interview asking me office questions and procedures. Then asked to meet with general manager. I informed me of my abilities in accounting, invoicing, payroll, data entry and office administration.
