I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Caliber Collision (Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
After a couple phone calls speaking with a couple different people I eventually met with two people for a sit down interview. It was definitely very mellow and casual, more casual than I’m used to, it may have thrown me off a bit to be honest. But overall seems like great people and an awesome company, definitely a very casual interview.
