I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Calibrate (NY) (Saint Paul, MN) in Aug 2024
Interview
I had the first remote call / screening and then was offered a second interview. I sent over times that could work, and then was TOLD, this one, and not asked to make sure that would be a good one.
On the day of, I was sick. I thought I could maybe push through it, but I knew if I wasn't on my game, I wouldn't get the job. The contact said, no problem, hope you feel better! Can you send me times next week to reschedule?
I did.
I got an AUTOMATED EMAIL BACK - a day later - sorry, we are no longer moving forward with your application. No explanation. Last I heard, I was a good candidate.
It's appalling how companies are choosing to treat people these days. I'm a millennial - I've been laid off from other tech start ups. One of them in the MOST DISRESPECTFUL way as well. It's like they don't care about humans struggling, and being challenged.
I'm not impressed.
Pretty easy, consisted of 4 interviews similar to most coaching roles- recruiter interview, interview with coach, mock interview to demonstrate coaching style, and lastly interview with a health coach managers.
