I applied online. The process took 11 months. I interviewed at California Employment Development Department in Feb 2020
Interview
I think the interview process was a bit much for this to be an entry level job. Before going to the interview you have a writing exercise . You are given a scenario and you have 15 minutes to write a response. From there I went to the interview. I had 3 people who interviewed me and I was asked 5 questions. When the interview was complete I was asked was there anything that I wanted to say. I did and the interview ended. While being walked out one of the panelist talked to me. I was told what I needed to do next time. I took it as the interviewer telling me that I will not be selected this time.
