The interview process was easy majority were scenario based. There were questions asking about if you had a background dealing with kids. I also like that the interviewer made you feel comfortable it actually didn’t feel like an interview.

They asked you questions about your childcare experience and what hrs you are available. They work well around your schedule which is super helpful for when you are also going to school.
