Pretty typical interview. Asked basic questions about myself and my abilities as they relate to the job. Some behavioural/situational questions. They asked how fast I could fix stuff and if I liked diesel trucks.

quick. from the time I got the interview I was contacted the next day and asked to start 3 days later. Surprised there was no background check. The owner talked a lot about the history of the company and what she built it into.
