Brief interview with management with mostly situation-based questions and plenty of time to ask my own questions, tour/informal interview with peer staff. Staff were friendly and informative. Tour was good to see what patient rooms and therapy gym looks like.

Initial phone call and online interview. Very quick to get back to you and schedule the interviews and phone calls. Polite, but also was not clear during the phone call or interview of the schedule expectations. And pay was not negotiable
