They have large group job interviews where everyone has to answer the same question, and most people have the same answer. Really weird interview and would not recommend. They are just trying to see what you look like and if you fit the part.

Applied online and called the corporate office to follow up on my application. Got a call back the next day and set an interview for the following Monday. Arrived early to the interview, they have you fill out more paperwork. Interviewed 1:1 and asked mainly about sales experience and thoughts on company advancement. The interview was professional, but conversational. I was offered a job the following day.

Submitted an online application. Received a phone call a few days later for a group interview at the corporate office. After that went to an individual interview with a district manager.
