Had a women there that's been with company since it started. Initially, she called me on the phone to hear about why I was interested, and later brought me in for an in-person interview. Seemed really laidback and easy to talk to.

Interview
Received a phone interview, then I was requested two references and to set up a time for an in-person interview. Once at the interview, I had to fill out another application. I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early to do this. Everybody seemed very nice and friendly and the interview was almost like a conversation. The interviewer was very knowledgable about the company.

Interview
A typical 1-on-1 interview . I arrived with the requested documents (transcript, degree, driver license, car insurance, etc.). The interviewer greeted me briefly. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Everyone seemed nice and polite.
