I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Caliper
Interview
The interview process was incredibly lax, I was asked very few technical questions. The first interview had an architect who was incredibly late and then rambled on using big words related to data science (not the position I applied for). It felt as though he wanted to be applauded for being smart rather than conduct an interview.
The second interview was better in terms of the people I talked with however they again didn't ask me many technical questions. It seemed as though questions were thought up on the spot and no real process was in place. All developers are older, in their 40's and 50's. Something doesn't feel right about this company, it's hard to get a glimpse at how engineering is actually done.

I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Caliper (Princeton, NJ) in May 2015
Interview
Applied through college careers website. They replied quickly and scheduled me for an in person interview. The interview process took one week. The hiring manager was so professional and asked questions he had on a list. He wrote down every single answer. He also explained company's activities and the role of my position.
