Interview
After the initial screening call with HR, there was one round with the hiring manager. The interview went well with positive feedback at the end. Also, the HR confirmed that he has received positive feedback from hiring manager and that there will be a subsequent round. But after weeks of wait and followups it never happened. They did not even send a follow up email for next steps or rejection.

lengthy, comprehensive, structured, intense. Solid interview process that used to be manager first with overall information then a select group of co-workers that questioned on their domains and areas. Provided room for questions and for applicant to present summary of skills and experience.

Phone interview with HR, then 3 more phone interviews with 3 different people, and 1 interview with hiring manager. The phone interviews went well and I was excited at the feedback I was getting from 2 of them. It sounded like they really wanted me on the team.

At one point the "manager" interviewing me on the phone stated he did not know what to ask me about, and then said "Oh - I know! What or who is your favorite animated character?" This led him to ask more irrelevant questions, never asked about my work experience. I expected more professionalism. The guy was a total goof.
