Interview
It was a casual experience, friendly. They were realistic of the work to be done with an emphasis on how things work at a call center for the agents. i.e. cubicles, phone calls, and tasks to be completed daily.

Question 1
Behavioral Interview over the phone to start and then I went on to the in-person interviewing process. I was hired and reported to orientation once I worked out my 2-week notice, like clockwork.
