Mainly involved surface level questions, focused more on personality than experience. If you have decent retail background you should find it fairly easy to interview for. Sat with the store manager for no more than 15 minutes in total and got my offer the same week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Call it Spring
Interview
I was referred by the assistant manager and got an interview with the DM. Right away i was asked to say "something about myself." As soon as I mentioned being passionate for fashion, the dm asked me to elaborate. He asked what are my expectations for the job, and he told me exactly the numbers (dollars in sales/hr.) he expected from me. This company is very serious about productivity. So, do not interview if you do not believe in yourself.
