The recruiter emailed asking to setup some time and I promptly replied a few hours later. One week later, no response so I emailed again. The recruiter promptly responded and set up time a few days later. She got the time zones wrong so I signed onto the Teams meeting and just waited and waited. I emailed asking if perhaps I was in the wrong waiting room and she said no she got the time zones screwed up. So I interview an hour later (which was inconvenient because I have a job I took paid time off for, for the interview and rearranged meetings). Interview was easy. She never got back to me. It was such a poor experience I don’t even want to buy Callaway products much less work there. The recruiter seemed to be an absolute mess and not really know what she was doing.
