Interview
First video interview with the PI and then separate video interview with the lab group. The conversations were focused on my research interests and what I hope to get out of working as a technician at Caltech. These were followed-up by a phone call conversation with the PI. The PI wanted to make sure I could handle the responsibility of taking care of routine tasks for the students in the lab.
