Would say a bit different from other interview formats, I went straight into a panel interview with a technical assessment in the beginning. Interview questions are all laid out directly and everybody took turns asking questions.

The interview process was ok. It was not personable. The interview was timed. I was not informed about the timed interview process before the interview. There was a panel of three managers.

They asked a set of questions and timed the responses.
Interview process was structured and streamlined. Introductions and briefings of company role were very clear and informative.
Questions regarding the role were straight forward. Anytime during the interview I was allowed to follow up on a previous questions. Furthermore, I was allowed to relate real world experiences outside of the question to the role.
