I interviewed with the Manager for OM and the Team Lead. The interview went really well. We did a Teams interview, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me questions and i answered the best way i knew how.

Spoke with Stacey the Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 30 min Phone Interview. Followed up with the following week with an in-person interview with Stacey as well as the rest of the HR Team (VP, HRBP, and Total Rewards). After the interview; they actually extended a written offer at the end of the interview.

1 quick HR interview, 1 online interview with engineers, 1 in-person interview with engineers. Recruiter and engineers not on the same page. They did not show up for my second interview, emailed me 20 minutes after the time alotted because they were “not informed about the interview.” Third interview was not organized. Many people walking in and out of interview and only one person came prepared with questions.
