I applied online. I interviewed at Camber Collective (Seattle, WA)
Interview
One on one interview with a current consultant. It was a combined case and behavior interview in the first round - quite straightforward interview with the case having a quant component.
Other Consultant interview reviews for Camber Collective
I applied for the Consultant position in late May and completed 5 interviews between July and August. The 5th interview only occurred because the organization was unable to be decisive, and the uncertainty around what it would entail made the process feel disorganized.
After investing significant time and energy, including an unnecessary extra interview, I ultimately received a generic rejection email with no feedback. For a company that emphasizes equity and thoughtful engagement, this was disappointing.
Overall, the experience left me with a poor impression and suggested a disregard for candidates’ time and effort. Camber should reexamine how it manages candidate communication and unforeseen issues in its hiring process.
Initial screening interview which had a case study and behavioral questions. This was followed by three final round interviews - work product, case, and personal. I thought the interviewers were very friendly and the case study was not very difficult. However, they do not provide feedback which I found very weird given they do take 3 final round interviews
