Painful. Multiple interviews scheduled with different departments, only to get ghosted in the end. One person was asking the complete opposite of what I would call productive questions. He didn't seem interested in me joining the team. Absolute waste of my time, after carving out so much to accommodate.

Interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was an initial screening with HR focusing on background, experience, and general fit. Candidates who progressed were invited to a second round with the hiring manager, which was more focused on role-specific responsibilities, technical knowledge, and overall team fit.
