Easy. No formal interview. You need to complete a profile for yourself, onboarding video and then a tutor video that will be on your profile. It is reviewed and then you can work.

The interview process was pretty easy and painless you just had to record some demo lessons and submit them and wait for feedback. Then I heard back from them in a few days and was given an offer and accepted as a teacher for kids and adults.

Quick for me, but that's not the case for all. I was hired within two weeks, however some people have waited months. Not sure why this is the case, but perhaps it was quicker for me because I was available in a specific time zone they needed and I'm TEFL certified, maybe that made a difference.
