Just Filled out information online and posted 2 videos. Filled in my qualifications, and my experience. My reason for wanting the job. My educational background and training in this field.
No interview is required. You will have to create a profile and upload a video for review. After you submit your profile, it will go through a review process. The amount of time it takes depends on the demand.
Easy because instead of formal interview, you submit a video talking about yourself and of you tutoring which is evaluated and approved by the company. They are very easy to impress as long as you show you're passionate.
