Cambridge Partners & Associates interview questions

Interview and hiring took about a week. Very unstructured laid back interview. It was the opposite of what you would read on any guide to interview for a job in corporate finance. The questions were focused more on character and personal life than in on finance. The owner leads the interview in a very honest, and friendly way.

It is a family business company which has 20-25 employees. They have many financial services and they are planning to train the newly hired employee about many different valuation services. They prefer experience but it is not a must.
