HR Call for 30-40 minutes in 1st round (if you manage to find the link in their email to NOT provide them 10-15 one-way video submissions), and before the 2nd round you have to complete a pretty comprehensive questionairre with questions like "How have you demonstrated your IQ?", "How have you demontrated your EQ?" , "What makes you unstoppable?". 2nd round call is an hour and basically asks all the same questions from 1st round.
Unfortunately this company seems to follow the trend of wanting applicants to feel as though they have to beg for a job.
