Firstly, there was an online interview. After that, a face to face panel interview, a written test and HR interview. Following email that I was unsuccessful, they asked if I wanted a feedback but they never sent it, even though I asked to have it. I have applied other times with Cambridge Assessment and sometimes I learnt that I wasn't shortlisted just because the interview date had passed and no communication had been made.
