Camden National interview questions

I met with a member if their HR team. She interviewed me and shared the process and more about Camden. I wasn’t selected but she called me back as they selected and internal person and wanted me to think about another role.

I had a grand total of 5(!!!) interviews over a grueling 150 days and was constantly plagued by a lack of communication. Apparently several other hirings were going on in the background and I was essentially kept in the dark. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, welcoming and overall positive to interact with. The process ended with an email from a generic hiring email address saying they were not going to hire for the position at all with no further explanation. After the vast amount of time sunk into the process, the least they could have afforded was a phone call to let me know.
