Interview
It was pretty short and easy. I was hired on the spot with no pertinent experience. I was made to feel very comfortable. I was surprised at how quick and easy it was.

If I had worked with the mentally ill in the past.
Interview was held in-person. Interviewer was the principal of the school. She asked standard interview questions (i.e., background, skills, experiences). Employer answered all questions I had and made me feel supported.

easy going and not too difficult. they called right away and scheduled the next week. they are very nice people. they called the next day and offered the job.
