They don't really ask you anything about ABA. I think the company interviews you to test your personality to see if there's a good fit, as the people I work with are all great people.
The interview felt professional and well-structured, but I didn’t receive an offer. Feedback was limited, leaving me unsure about specifics. Overall experience was respectful, though slightly discouraging given the outcome.
Super easy! Met with the COO and she asked me a few questions regarding my experience. She is super sweet and is willing to answer any questions. Super informative too!

What were behaviors I’ve previously encountered/worked with.
Process is genuine and they seem to really make sure you know what you are getting into as far as the job type. They will have another interview and clinic visit if they think you are fit.
