I interviewed at Cameron House (United Kingdom) (Balloch, Scotland)
Interview
Great interview, very relaxed, not too formal and got asked a handful of scenarios questions and questions about me. They also told me about the job role as well. It was on site when I done it but might be different now
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cameron House (United Kingdom) (Alexandria, Scotland) in June 2024
Interview
The interview process from start to finish was seamless. I had an initial call with the HR director and was invited to an in person interview at the resort during the call. The interview included 3 value based questions, 3 competency based questions and a written exercise involving an employee relations scenario. I liked that I was given time to consider the questions and did not feel rushed to provide an answer straight away. Similarly, I liked that the interviewers left the room and gave me time to read over the scenario and provide a thorough answer. The only feedback I have is that I was told that there would be values based questions and to research the values, however the I was not aware that the values on the website are different from the internal company values. Overall, this was a very positive interview experience and the team made me feel very welcome.
