Cameron Stephens interview questions

Recruiter screening with basic questions on fit and interest in the role. Next week met with hiring manager. Questions were pretty usual focused on the interest for the role and what you bring to the table. Honest conversation on compensation and benefits.

First round: phone screen with Director of Mortgage Investments - motivation for line of work, employer, industry experience and education to date. Second (and final?) round: motivations and technical case study.
