Camp Berachah interview questions

Interview was scheduled through email to be over phone. Was interviewed by manager asking previous experience and spiritual path. Was offered job over the phone with little experience teaching. Required to take training course a month later before starting along with a full staff training.. Was not certified as full instructor my first year but remained hired as such. Similar case when discussing process with other coworkers. Was living out of state at the time and was not required to do an in person interview as others were. Entire process was relatively painless. Depending on demand, many were hired with little experience. Led to various safety issues because of this. Hiring process changed from each summer I was there. After the first summer I was only required to give my letter of intent while some others were required to go through the entire hiring process once again. Was also not required to take training course to receive higher certification.
