I applied online and a week later an email was sent to me asking to call and set up a Skype interview with the staff director aka my boss. Not another employee responsible for hiring. Lasted about an hour I think. Asked me a couple scenario questions and then he talked about the camp and the day to day schedules and what is expected of me as a counselor. He sent me an email a week later extending a job offer. I was surprised that he didn't ask me more questions about my experience with kids. He made it seem like anyone could get the job, which is a bit scary thinking that he's hiring people to take care of people's children...
