Interview
Asks about basic coding problems and tests your teaching skills by giving a class situation one day before. Checks communication skills where most of the candidates fail. Basic coding skills and good english speaking skills are required.
the process includes an interview on phone, where they check your communication skills followed by demo, followed by class observation post which they give you classes. The overall interview process is very hectic but helpful to understand your weak points.
I Applied for the post of coding instructor on Internshala and i got shortlisted based on resume after around a month of submission of applications. The process was quite slow according to my experience.
