Camp Tawonga interview questions

The process included a written application, an hour-long Zoom interview, and a follow-up phone interview about one month later. I was asked thought-provoking, personal questions, and was hired for a different position than I initially applied for because of interests I brought up during our conversation.

Very friendly phone interview answering basic questions about experience and personality. Mostly they’re looking to see if you are polite, friendly, and interested in camp! I answered all the questions honestly and ended up getting an offer.
