There is an online application that is filled out first. Then there is a phone interview with the Director of Operations, and finally an in-person interview with the Director of Operations and the Executive Director.

Interview
Met with the camp director and Head Senior Counselor Boy. We met at a Chick-fil-a, the setup was very comfortable and flexible. We talked about what the position would require and what life experience I had that would apply. We also talked about my testimony as a Christian and my views on salvation.
