It was a more of relaxed interview--the energy was that of a very positive, and or, uplifting manner. I enjoyed my time speaking to Mr. Franco, as he was a very outgoing and positive person. The interview was one in which i can categorize as the best.

Interview
2 rounds of interviews. First interview is just a preliminary and is with the HR of the office. The second interview is with an Account Executive and goes more into detail about job description and compensation.

Interview
Was invited to their Tampa location for an in-person interview. The hiring manager Mike was very nice and very easy to talk to. They invited me for a second interview but I declined it because the position wasn't what I was looking for. This position was more of a sales role than a customer service.
