Initial contact of code tests took days to arrive through E-mail. A simple question was not answered through E-mail. The team might be agile, but not the recruitment team. Lack of communication, and code review took more than 2 weeks to response. Sent a thank you after no offer and asked for feedback in detail. Confirmef no response. A lady from recruitment team handles all the communication, and there was a recent departure of the head of the department. The first around of code test took almost 3 weeks.
