About 3 rounds of interviews, people were really nice and responsive. the questions were too hard, they were more interested in your motivations, and growth mindset. The job description sometimes is a little too general, which can mean you end up doing a lot more. so it was good to get clarification on some areas.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Campus Advantage (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I was called for an interview a couple of days after submitting my application. The interview was okay. Some generic questions on managerial style, leasing experience, how to interact with college students, salary requirement and etc. informed me they would get back to me by the end of the week in their decision....never received a call back or an email at least letting me know whether I did or did not receive the position. I think it’s important to always let people know where they stand. Just part of being courteous and professional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Campus Advantage (Grand Rapids, MI) in July 2016
Interview
