Interview
I had an intro phone call that went well, then a technical phone screen, but then no follow up call. I know 2 people that work there and would consider myself a good fit so this was unexpected.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CampusLogic
Interview
I had a call with a recruiter and 2 different phone screen conversations, 1 more personal, 1 more technical with the technical lead. Both conversations went really well and I received positive feedback from the recruiter as well about how things were progressing. She sets up a follow-up call to talk about my call with the technical manager and flakes on me...doesn't show. I email her a couple times to reschedule, and then a day or two later when I hadn't heard anything, emailed the recruiter and heard nothing from her either. Never heard back from them, even to say "we are moving in a different direction".
TLDR: they ghosted me out of the blue when all the conversations up to that point had gone really well

Question 1
Mostly questions about my previous technical experience
It was great, straightforward, and had a lot of transparency. Recruiter is always there to answer any questions and communication was top notch. They respect students' priorities as well, and there was no ambiguity or curveballs in the interviewing process-- you knew what you were going into and you have ample time to prepare.

Question 1
Just be personable and make sure you possess technical knowledge in a programming language you like. Recruiter will keep you in the loop for what each interview will be centered around, so just communicate with them.
