I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Canada Credit Fix (Calgary, AB) in Nov 2016
Interview
Quickest interview ever. Was only abut 5-10 mins. They only asked a few questions. Asked me if I knew anything about the position. And if I knew what the company did. Said I would hear fairly soon about it. Got the call later same day that I was accepted to go to training. Training was 3 days. It included having to write a test about all the training. Had to pass to get hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you what you sales experience is? Though doesn't really matter if you have any sales experience.
They are pretty laid back and friendly. They are less concerned about how much you know about credit as how trainable and eager to learn. Everyone is fun and friendly and I learned a lot. This is a great place to learn and work.

Interview
quick 10 minutes, but questions were geared to find out if you are a follower (which they want) or a leader with a voice (which they stay away from) hiring protocols are not efficient and they are only looking for "slaves" they do not care what skills you have they hire anyone, if you need a job in these tough times to pay bills this would be a easy place to start WHILE i strongly encourage you to keep looking/applying for other jobs. (no background/criminal check although we deal with customer full banking info)
