Hiring Manager insisted on last minute video conference while I was on vacation. No heads up on this - recruiter informed me that the hiring manager was eccentric and that they weren’t surprized that it went from phone call to video.

how do you think you will add value to our Clients? We move fast and we need to add some rigor to our Project management. Can you adapt to the politics? Can you travel?
Pre-screening interview with HR at Canada Goose was fair. Basic questions about yourself, why this company and why you are looking. At the end you get the chance to ask your own questions.

The follow-up meeting call wasn't great!
Unfortunately, HR forgot about the follow-up call, and I have to email them to follow up on the status.
It seems like there is some disconnection in the interview dialogues.
