I applied online and within a week or so I got the call from the HR. There was a quick 10 minute phone screening and my video intereview was scheduled with the HM the very next day .

Mostly STAR questions like explaining an occassion which didn't go well and what I did to overcome it, a situation where I had to change my way of working or asked my team member to change their way of working, what makes me feel that I am the right candidate for this job, why do I want to work for this company,etc
