Applied online, got a call from human resources for an interview appointment. I met with 2 people for interview where i was asked numerous questions and followed by a mini multiple choice skills test which included math and memorization. They explained if i was successful i would be emailed an offer letter and would have to respond.

Basic, informal and casual. Manager wanted to get a feel if I was in it for the long haul. Process took about two weeks. They want to know if you can handle upset customers and if you are ok with militant union.

Interview
Interview is the final step, everything happens on line and they do not care who you are or what you bring to the table as long as you have a minivan and a clean driving record, that's it. They just want to have you there for taking your fingerprints and perform a security check. That is the actual purpose of the "interview"
